Customer Supplied Garment Policy & Waiver

Customer Supplied Garments are accepted on the strict understanding that Smooth Clothing & Print Co. will not accept any liability for any misprints, stains, and damage to the Customer Supplied Garments during production (heat pressing or stitching). In addition, there is risk that machine and/or human error will occur. All garments are provided to Smooth Clothing & Print Co. entirely at the customer’s own risk.

If you are supplying the garments, Smooth Clothing & Print Co. prefers to work on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers since they have been manufacturer approved, tested and proven to provide quality results with embroidery, screen printing, and heat press transfers.​ We cannot guarantee the best quality of your decoration. If you supply the garment and there is a problem, we do not replace the item. Your damaged piece will be returned to you with an apology.

To prevent this risk, Smooth Clothing & Print Co. recommends viewing our supplier catalogs available on our website (smoothclothingco.com/catalogs). When ordering from our suppliers, we understand the material of the garments to allow for less risk when decorating the garments. This also allows Smooth Clothing & Print Co. to replace the garments if error occurs.

By signing below, I have read the above stated policy and understand that I am responsible for the cost and possible damage to garments or items I have provided now and in the future to Smooth Clothing & Print Co.
